15 April 2009 Payson and FLW registration

Yesterday afternoon a strong wind came into the valley and we hoped that it would not rain. It gusted continuously until about 12 o’clock and then became quiet, but the weather that was predicted was gusty and cold for the next morning. Although the wind was up it did not feel to cold until we left for Payson, which is 5000 ft above sea level. this is where the registration of the FLW is taking place. As I am sitting here anglers are registering and i am updating the blog to kill time until 19h30.

Outside it is snowing !!!!! What will the weather hold for me tomorrow?? and I do not even possess a 100 mph suit yet maybe its time to invest, at least I bought hand an foot warmers.

 

Before we came to register we made a tour around an old western antiques market which was quite an experience in itself.
